MSP is a full-service Direct Mail Marketing Company. MSP first opened its doors in 1953. It was founded by chairman, Richard E. Busheé, Jr. and his father Richard E. Busheé, Sr., MSP is proud of the strong reputation it has earned in the direct mail industry and continuously strives to improve. We are looking for machine operators for our lettershop area. These positions involve standing for 7½ hours per day and operating various machines. We need people who are detailed-oriented, able to perform repetitive tasks, have a strong sense of duty and are willing to work toward set goals and standards.
All machine operators are hired as seasonal employees. Those employees with proven solid performance and excellent attendance will have the opportunity to transition to full-time.
MSP wants all of our employees to succeed. For that reason, our training includes the opportunity to work with an experienced machine operator.
Because of MSP’s commitment to our customers and meeting their needs, overtime is a reality for our employees. There is mandatory overtime when it is needed. The reality of this is that in the months of August – January, Saturdays are almost always a mandatory day, and on rare occasion, Sunday may be required, too. There are opportunities to work voluntary overtime hours. We also adhere to Strict Attendance Guidelines for all employees.
